Braze is looking to hire a Senior Solutions Consultant for our Tokyo based team. Braze Solutions Consultants are trusted advisors to our prospective customers during the sales process, bringing extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to bear. We strive to lay strong foundations, beginning pre-sales, for long-term partnership between Braze and our customers. The Senior Solutions Consultant role is a critical member of the team, who’s job includes being a technical thought leader across industry verticals, customer types, and geographic markets. Braze Solutions Consultants blend the “art” of storytelling and sales with the “science” behind how our technology tactically delivers value for our customers. During the sales process, we help "make it real," with the aim of building prospective customer confidence in Braze's capabilities & team.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process
Bring extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices
Be a technical thought leader across industry verticals, customer types, and geographic markets
Blend storytelling and sales with the technical science of how the technology delivers value
Help build prospective customer confidence in Braze's capabilities & team during the sales process
Partner with Braze’s sales, marketing, security, and product teams
Mentor Solutions Consultants on the team
Requirements:
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Unparalleled follow up skills
Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team
Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Programming (even just HTML)
High level of intellectual curiosity
Being a team player
Experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success
