Senior Solutions Architect

• Define and deliver high‑impact technology architectures for strategic clients in Qatar
• Work closely with senior IT stakeholders to shape solution direction across cloud, data center, security, and enterprise platforms
• Translate business needs into integrated, scalable architectures
• Lead architecture design efforts across multi‑domain, hybrid, and multi‑vendor environments
• Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and global SMEs to craft solutions
• Facilitate workshops, guide future‑state architecture definitions, or evaluate technology options
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs
• Present architecture concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Contribute detailed HLDs, LLDs, diagrams, BOMs, and scopes of work
• Ensure designs meet industry best practices, adhere to NTT DATA standards, and comply with security and operational requirements
• Support design reviews, validating solution integrity, and contributing reusable architectural frameworks for the Qatar region
• Stay ahead of trends in cloud, data center, virtualization, automation, networking, AI/ML enablers, and security
• Work closely with cybersecurity, network, applications, and delivery teams
• Provide mentorship to junior architects and engineers

• 10–18 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud/infrastructure design, or enterprise architecture
• Hands‑on background designing solutions across: Data center & virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix)
• Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, hybrid models)
• Networking & security fundamentals
• Backup/DR, monitoring, and automation
• Strong understanding of multi‑vendor ecosystems (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Dell, etc.)
• Proven ability to produce HLDs, LLDs, architectural blueprints, and detailed design artifacts
• Solid presales experience including workshops, PoCs, client presentations, and RFP responses
• Ability to articulate business value and technical differentiators in a clear and compelling way
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Strong stakeholder management, especially with senior IT decision‑makers
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, multi‑project environments
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Highly preferred certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware VCP/VCAP, CCNP/CCDP, TOGAF, or related credentials
