Job Description:

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for contributing to applications systems analysis and programming activities, offering advanced development solutions, and ensuring coding standards are maintained. The position operates largely independently and serves as an SME to other team members

Job Responsibility:

Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning
Establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areas
Recommend advanced programming solutions
Monitor and control all phases of the development process, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation
Provide user and operational support on applications to business users
Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis of business usage
Act as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members
Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards

Requirements:

Hands-on developer with proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework, Microservices, OpenShift / AWS cloud, or other relevant cloud platforms, Databases, SQL/No SQL, CICD Pipelines
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development
Establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areas
In-depth experience in branching strategies and manage code repositories using Bitbucket and GitHub
Champion code quality initiatives, including static code analysis, unit testing, and integration testing
Monitor and control all phases of development process and provide user and operational support on applications to business users
Strong hands-on experience in coding Java ,Angular, Spring Boot, Oracle
Deep expertise in system design and microservices architecture
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Exposure to modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
Must have working experience in Modern Ways of Working
Lean, Fast Paced, 2 Weeks Agile Model

Nice to have:

Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
