Senior Software Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain core business applications supporting manufacturing operations
• Build backend and full-stack solutions using modern .NET technologies
• Develop and support applications hosted in Azure, including Azure SQL–backed systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in root-cause analysis to improve system stability
• Collaborate with engineering and business partners to deliver practical, reliable solutions
• Participate in occasional production cutovers or off-hours support (infrequent, typically a few times per year)
• Contribute to application architecture and continuous improvement efforts
• Explore opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into applications as the organization defines its roadmap

• Senior-level application development experience in production environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset
• Ability to think creatively during design while staying heads-down when execution matters
• Comfortable supporting systems where downtime has real business impact
• Experience working with Azure-based applications
• Curiosity around AI and willingness to explore how it can enhance business applications
• Self-directed, dependable, and collaborative
• Experience in several of the following: C# / .NET
• SQL Server / Azure SQL
• Azure (App Services, infrastructure fundamentals)
• Web application development (Blazor, Angular, React, or similar)
• API development and integrations
• CI/CD and modern source control practices

Healthcare or HL7 experience is a plus
