Manage and organize the implementation of low-current systems projects, ensuring efficient workflow according to schedules
Review and approve designs and technical drawings, providing feedback to ensure compliance with required standards
Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction with the project
Provide technical support to junior engineers and site teams
Participate in preparing detailed technical studies and reports, offering innovative solutions to technical challenges
Supervise various work teams on-site, assigning tasks to ensure maximum efficiency
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to achieve project objectives
Oversee commissioning tests to ensure systems function efficiently and meet specifications
Review and document test results to ensure quality requirements are met
Propose the application of new technologies and improvements to existing systems to meet evolving client needs
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in low-current systems and infrastructure
Prepare and present project status reports to the department manager
Document all project phases, including design, implementation, and maintenance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
Advanced certifications in technical fields are an added advantage
7-10 years of experience in low-current systems and IT infrastructure
Comprehensive experience in designing, implementing, and supervising the installation and maintenance of low-current systems such as: CCTV systems, Fire alarm systems, Access control systems, Audio systems, Networking systems, Building management systems
Extensive hands-on experience in implementing and managing low-current systems and infrastructure projects
In-depth knowledge of networking systems and protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching)
Proficiency in using engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and project management tools (e.g., Primavera or MS Project)
Proven ability to lead and guide technical teams while providing support and mentorship
Experience in managing and executing technical tasks within project scope and timelines
Ability to convey complex technical information effectively to stakeholders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds
Strong skills in analysis, root cause identification, and resolution of technical issues
