Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer or Technical Consultant with a strong background in ITSM, CMDB, and CSM modules. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, holds CAD (Admin) and CAD (Developer) certifications, and has hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow development. Experience with system integrations is essential.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, and CSM modules
Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other technologies
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability through best practices and proactive monitoring
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow as a Developer or Technical Consultant
Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and CSM modules
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.)
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
