The Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect will lead the design and execution of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on UX, AI, GRC, and CMDB domains. With 9-12 years of IT experience and 5+ years in ServiceNow, the candidate will convert high-level designs into actionable plans, mentor teams, and ensure best practices are followed. Strong stakeholder communication and technical expertise are essential for success in this role.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end solution design for ServiceNow initiatives—from business requirements to production rollout
Convert High-Level Designs (HLDs) into detailed, executable Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for development teams
Lead technical design workshops, requirement clarification, and architecture reviews with business and IT stakeholders
Provide architectural guidance during development, testing, and deployment
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, platform standards, and enterprise architecture
Drive UX-led design thinking to improve adoption and user experience
Design and govern solutions across AI, GRC, and CMDB modules
Mentor developers and reviewers on design quality, scalability, and performance
Act as the technical SPOC for architecture-related decisions and escalations
Requirements:
9–12 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years on ServiceNow
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Lead Architect
Strong expertise in converting HLDs into LLDs and guiding execution
Hands-on experience with: CMDB & CSDM, CI classes, relationships, discovery & service mapping
UX/UI Framework, Service Portal, Next Experience, UI Builder
ServiceNow AI capabilities (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI features)
GRC modules (Risk, Compliance, Policy, Controls)
Strong understanding of data models, integrations, workflows, and scripting
Experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
Ability to work closely with developers, QA, product owners, and business users
Strong documentation skills for design artefacts, architecture diagrams, and decision logs
Nice to have:
Experience with SecOps, ITSM, ESM, CSM modules
Exposure to AI strategy, automation frameworks, and GenAI use cases in ServiceNow
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Implementation Specialist
Experience working in large enterprise or global delivery models
Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery models
Knowledge of integration patterns (REST, MID Server, external systems)
Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills
Ability to challenge requirements constructively and propose optimal solutions
