We work behind the scenes with ambitious brands - from digitally native startups to established marketplaces - to help them win the visibility game. Now, we’re looking for a Senior SEO Manager who knows how to turn organic search into a real revenue channel for our clients.
Job Responsibility:
Designing and executing SEO strategies for D2C and marketplace clients
Managing technical SEO, AI-driven SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
Working across Shopify, Magento, WordPress, and marketplace listings (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Using real data to make smart decisions, measure results, and iterate fast
Build and lead SEO roadmaps for D2C and marketplace clients
Run deep technical SEO audits and drive fixes across crawlability, speed, mobile, structured data, and indexing
Own on-page SEO: metadata, content structure, internal linking, keyword targeting, and CRO recommendations
Optimize eCommerce listings and landing pages for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) using tools like Helium10
Identify and execute AI SEO tactics, including content optimization for generative search engines (SGE, ChatGPT, Bing Chat)
Monitor performance and surface insights using GA4, GSC, Adobe Analytics, and Looker Studio
Lead monthly strategy calls and performance reviews with clients
Work with devs and content teams to execute changes, test improvements, and track impact
Stay sharp on every algo update, trend, and opportunity - then turn that knowledge into action
Requirements:
10+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with strong exposure to D2C eCommerce and marketplaces
Deep knowledge of technical SEO
Seamlessly working across Shopify, Magento, and WordPress
Fluency in tools: Helium10, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, Adobe Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio
You’ve worked in (or with) performance marketing teams before and know how SEO fits into the larger growth puzzle
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to manage clients and present insights with clarity and confidence
You’re genuinely curious about AI, GEO, and the changing nature of search - and you’re already experimenting with how to win in that new world
