Senior SEA Manager to join our B2C brand Autohero. In this role, you will take a leading role in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Search, Bing, App Store, Play Store, and emerging AI-powered search platforms. You will be responsible for driving channel performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the development of junior and midlevel team members to efficiently scale our customer base across Europe.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize complex datasets across Google Search, Bing, App Store, Play Store, and AI-powered search platforms
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to structure high-performing campaigns tailored to the used car sales industry
  • Implement and refine feedback loops on user quality, leveraging data to improve lead quality and cost-efficiency
  • Analyze campaign performance using advanced data analysis, identifying actionable insights and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with copywriting and product teams to develop compelling ad copy and app store content
  • Test and integrate new features, betas, and AI-driven opportunities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Share best practices and mentor junior team members, supporting a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing large-scale paid search campaigns (Google, Bing, app stores)
  • Strong expertise in keyword research, campaign structuring, and performance analysis
  • Experience with data-driven optimization and feedback loops to improve acquisition efficiency
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborative, proactive, and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in another European language (German, Spanish, French, Italian, etc.)
