Senior Scrum Master

• Facilitate the scrum process with cross functional impact
• Guide the scrum teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices
• Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities
• Deliver capabilities using agile practices while following Software Development Lifecycle
• Partner with discipline managers about governance policies
• Facilitate the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the teams
• Collaborate with product owners and program managers
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers
• Interact with internal customers
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment

• 4+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience
• Experience in Scrum, Agile, or equivalent
• 4+ years of Practicing Agile Scrum Master experience
• 4+ years of Experience in Scrum Master role
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
• Problem solving and conflict-resolution Skills
• Excellent communication, Interpersonal and Mentoring Skills
