They are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Scheduler to join their Operations team. This is a key role ensuring engineers are efficiently deployed, service standards are met, and customers receive a seamless experience.
Job Responsibility:
Lead workforce scheduling and planning to ensure efficient use of engineer resources and adherence to SLAs
Act as the main point of contact for scheduling queries, managing all daily coordination and incoming calls
Issue and close maintenance and installation calls accurately, validating all engineer reports
Analyse workload data, forecast demand, and implement proactive scheduling solutions to enhance performance
Liaise with Operations, clients, and field teams to resolve issues and manage competing priorities
Produce performance reports and track key operational KPIs
Support the transition to a new job management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Identify potential cross-selling or upselling opportunities during client interactions
Manage and reduce return visits through proactive collaboration with other departments
Requirements:
Previous experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, or service operations (ideally within fire and security or a similar field service environment)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills, confident liaising with engineers and clients
Analytical mindset with experience using scheduling or job management software
Proactive and solutions-focused approach, with strong attention to detail
Team player with a commitment to service quality and operational excellence
