Job Responsibility:

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module solutions based on business requirements
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for order to cash (OTC) processes
  • Configure and customize SAP SD functionalities such as pricing, billing, shipping, and sales orders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with other modules such as Finance (FI), Material Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP)
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on SAP SD functionalities and best practices
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD configurations, processes, and user guides
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and resolution for issues related to OTC processes
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP SD implementations
  • Stay updated with SAP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends in Sales and Distribution

Requirements:

  • SAP SD Module: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module configuration and customization
  • OTC Processes: Understanding of order to cash (OTC) processes including pricing, billing, shipping, and sales orders
  • SAP Integration: Experience integrating SAP SD with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP) and third-party systems
  • Configuration and Customization: Ability to configure SAP SD functionalities to meet business requirements
  • Business Analysis: Strong business analysis skills to gather and analyze business requirements
  • End-User Training: Experience conducting workshops and training sessions for end-users on SAP SD
