Job Description:

The role involves utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue, managing guest requests and reservations, promoting the brand, and supporting sales and marketing teams while focusing on building positive relationships with team members and guests.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Develop positive working relationships with others
Monitor performance of others to ensure quality adherence
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Marriott Rewards system
Sales techniques experience
