As a Senior Sales Manager at PartnerMatrix, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key client relationships, and closing high-value deals. You will work across the full product suite, collaborate closely with internal teams, and play a key role in shaping sales strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Identify new opportunities within the iGaming industry to sell PartnerMatrix products and solutions
Engage, present, and educate prospects about PartnerMatrix offerings
Work across the full product suite based on company priorities
Negotiate offers and contracts with new and existing clients
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and refine value propositions for the region
Maintain strong relationships with prospects and ensure CRM data is up to date
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical, Legal, and Support teams
Represent PartnerMatrix at relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Stay updated on industry, compliance, and regulatory developments
Requirements:
3+ years of B2B sales experience in iGaming (mandatory)
Proven track record in Tier 1 sales, contract negotiation, and building key partnerships
Excellent spoken and written English, as well as Russian or Spanish language skills
Organized, self-motivated, and result-driven, with the ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
