As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving Maisa’s enterprise growth by creating high-quality pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting. Sitting within the Sales team, this role focuses on engaging senior decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise organizations, with a strong emphasis on regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI). This is a senior-level SDR role requiring strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to run thoughtful, multi-channel outbound motions. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and help establish Maisa as a trusted partner for enterprises adopting AI responsibly.
Job Responsibility:
Own outbound prospecting across calls, email, LinkedIn, and video (Loom) to generate qualified meetings and pipeline
Build and execute targeted outbound sequences using Apollo, tailored to specific accounts and buyer personas
Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts, engaging stakeholders at Director, VP, and C-level
Conduct account and industry research to deliver personalized, relevant outreach
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and partner closely with Account Executives to progress opportunities
Maintain accurate activity tracking, lead management, and reporting in HubSpot
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, map, and engage key decision-makers
Continuously test and refine messaging, channels, and approaches to improve conversion and meeting quality
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting
Proven ability to generate pipeline through phone, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach
Experience prospecting into BFSI or other regulated industries is a strong advantage
Confident engaging senior stakeholders and articulating complex value propositions
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized, with strong time-management skills
