Job Description:

Senior Relationship Manager role in Citi Commercial Bank UK's Industrials team, covering UK-headquartered Mid-Corporate companies with global footprint and annual revenue from $100MM to $3BN. The role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and leveraging Citi's global platform.

Job Responsibility:

Self-originate new multi-product and multi-country clients
Manage client relationships and deepen existing relationships
Provide thought leadership on industry trends
Drive innovation on client solutions
Lead deal team processes
Oversee credit relationships and ensure policy compliance
Client-level planning and revenue responsibility
Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management

Requirements:

Graduate / Master's degree
Experience in commercial banking relationship management
Understanding of Industrials sector trends
Ability to analyze client financial performance
Credit underwriting experience
Knowledge of debt capital markets
Business development and client acquisition skills
Risk management and compliance knowledge
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Team leadership and mentoring capabilities
FCA and PRA Certification Regime compliance

Nice to have:

Experience mentoring Analysts and Junior Bankers
Complex deal execution experience
Multi-product and multi-country client management
