You will join our Talent team and partner closely with our hiring leaders across the company. This is a role with a wide scope. You will hire across functions. You will run full hiring cycles. You will also improve how we hire. That includes interview processes, case studies, job descriptions, metrics, tooling, and decision-making.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end hiring processes from intake to offer close
Lead hiring across business, product, and engineering roles
Build talent pipelines through sourcing and direct outreach
Advise leaders on hiring strategy and role prioritization
Design and improve interview processes and case studies
Set and track hiring metrics that improve decision quality
Train Hiring Managers on all talent-related topics
Requirements:
6 plus years in talent acquisition roles
2 plus years in tech startups or scale-ups
Strong sourcing with repeatable pipeline generation
Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
Experience hiring across role types and seniority levels
Data-driven approach to hiring decisions and strategies
Strong process design and continuous improvement mindset
AI native habits without harming candidate experience
Nice to have:
PLG or B2B SaaS exposure
Knowledge of France, Spain, Portugal, and Poland talent markets
Interest in AI native lead generation
Experience hiring for founding-type roles (e.g., first AI Engineer or Client Growth Partner)
