Senior RCDD Designer

• Master CAD/BIM software to create detailed engineering designs, focusing on efficient data center/building cable routing, equipment layouts, and communication systems
• Serve as the design authority on projects, driving high-quality outcomes and pioneering solutions
• Lead smaller projects with meticulous attention to detail, overseeing each phase from inception to completion
• Represent Olsson's dedication to excellence and partnership in client meetings
• Be ready to visit job sites as required, adapting to diverse conditions to guarantee project success

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well with a team
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting and Design preferred
• 6+ years of CAD/BIM experience
• proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• RCDD Licensure
• Demonstrated ability to design and layout complex engineering drawings
• preference for experience in BIM 360, Navisworks, and Revit
