Job Description:

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to fast-track your career with a dynamic and fast-growing consultancy? This well-established, multi-disciplinary practice in Brighton is on the hunt for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience to lead exciting, fast-paced projects across the leisure, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver full pre and post-contract services from feasibility through to final account
Lead high-value new build and refurbishment schemes
Mentor Graduate and Assistant Quantity Surveyors
Work closely with the Partners to drive forward an impressive pipeline of work

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Pre and Post Contract experience
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
Strong background in consultancy or client-side roles in the UK
Property & Real Estate sector experience
Local / able to commute to Brighton
