Job Description:

An award-winning and entrepreneurial construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of high-profile commercial schemes and work alongside a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of high-profile commercial schemes
Work alongside a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
Oversee phase three of a flagship Central London office development for a prestigious client
Deepen specialism within the commercial sector or diversify into additional markets such as Health, Science, Residential, and Education

Requirements:

MRICS qualification or be nearing completion
A RICS-accredited degree (preferably in Quantity Surveying)
Strong pre and post contract experience
Proven experience on commercial/office schemes in the UK
A background in UK-based cost consultancy / PQS environment
Ability to manage clients and mentor junior team members
