Job Description:

Senior Quantity Surveyor role at Assystem Stup, a design, engineering and project delivery consultancy focused on low-carbon technologies, complex infrastructure, and energy transition projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for highway DPRs
  • Develop BOQs, cost plans, and engineer’s estimates
  • Analyze drawings, alignments, cross-sections, and specifications
  • Coordinate with design, survey, and geotechnical teams
  • Prepare DPR cost chapters as per MoRTH / IRC guidelines
  • Review unit rates, schedules of rates, and market analysis
  • Assist in value engineering and cost optimization
  • Support bid documentation and tender estimates
  • Prepare financial summaries and project cost reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in highway/road projects (DPR preferred)
