Job Description:

A rapidly expanding, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide expert Quantity Surveying and Employers’ Agent services across sectors, including public/social, residential, education, and commercial, managing primarily new build and refurbishment schemes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert Quantity Surveying and Employers’ Agent services
  • manage new build and refurbishment schemes
  • oversee pre and post contract services such as cost estimates, tender documentation, valuations, and final accounts

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification
  • consultancy experience preferred
  • pre & post contract experience
  • varied sector experience
