The Senior Quantity Surveyor will thrive in a collaborative, high-performing culture that truly values quality, innovation, and professional growth. Job Responsibility:

Take full ownership of the project lifecycle – from cost planning and procurement through to contract administration and final account negotiations
Mentor junior surveyors
Shape internal processes
Work closely with Directors to drive business development and strengthen key client relationships

Requirements:

MRICS or actively working towards
Strong pre & post contract experience
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy is a MUST
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
The desire to manage a small team
Luxury / High End project experience
