A top-tier, UK-leading property and construction consultancy is searching for a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London team. You’ll take the reins on landmark projects across mixed-use developments, commercial offices, retail hubs, and cutting-edge life sciences facilities. This role provides opportunities to work closely with senior leadership while delivering cost consultancy and mentoring junior team members.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering top-tier cost consultancy services
Mentoring junior team members
Shaping the future of the business
Managing key clients
Uncovering new business opportunities to drive growth

Requirements:

MRICS or actively working towards
Strong pre & post contract experience
Exposure to a variety of sectors is advantageous
UK based Quantity Surveying experience with a Consultancy is a MUST
Confident, client-facing individual
