Experience: 5+ years in Test/QA roles, with 2+ years in a team lead capacity
Technical Skills: Experience in Software testing
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-diagnosing skills and the ability to communicate issues effectively
Communication: Excellent communication and team-building skills
Language: Business level English
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Programming, Mathematics/Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
