Job Description:

Senior Project Manager role at Fever Originals, using data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences. Part of the team that develops, launches, and manages events from start to finish, working with various departments to scale events to new markets.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, launch, and manage events from A to Z
Define scaling strategies for events to new and existing markets
Own strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key strategic experiences
Provide detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies
Propose changes to operational processes
Drive high standard in customer satisfaction
Ensure high-quality experiences are delivered
Pitch and close events for big partners
Work with marketing team to ensure events make impact
Manage, report on, and grow revenue from events
Grow the experiences team against team targets
Scale other cities through developing and sharing best practices
Foster and grow the Fever Partner Network
Communicate product and process needs to HQ
Represent Fever at local events and with local PR

Requirements:

5+ years in a project management role or consulting background
Completely fluent, confirmed English skills + Spanish or French skills
Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
Solution-focused, identifying problem areas and creating plans to find resolutions
Strong communication skills and proven track record of building positive working relationships
Highly organized and efficient
Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
Great networking skills and ability to make smart partnerships happen
Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent
Ability to think strategically when faced with events partnership briefs or proprietary data
Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty
Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
Strong academic background is a plus
