Provide managerial leadership for Christa Construction, LLC, promoting Customer Satisfaction through quality, service and value. This position requires the individual to have the personal attributes to manage, direct, mentor and support employees through their daily work while demonstrating Christa’s corporate philosophy of outstanding business ethics and principles.
Job Responsibility:
Manages, directs, organizes, coordinates, and schedules the work of staff in their respective corporate divisions
Ensures projects are managed effectively and operated efficiently
Responsible for profitability of assigned projects and completion per schedule
Responsible for complete customer satisfaction
Trains, mentors, and motivates Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
Solicits, purchases, writes, and manages contracts, contractors, and vendors
Solicits, procures, and manages labor, material, and equipment
Ensures compliance with standard administrative operating procedures
Actively participates in the community
Schedules, directs, and takes notes for PM/OACM meetings
Actively participates in solicitation and procurement of new work and clients
Actively participates in solicitation and procurement of new employees
Requirements:
Managerial leadership experience
Ability to manage, direct, mentor, and support employees
Advanced skills in Microsoft Project
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook
Advanced skills in Prolog/Plangrid
