Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy based in London. This position is ideal for a Senior Project Manager who is RICS chartered and looking to take a leading role in the delivery of high-profile housing development schemes. With a strong pipeline of residential projects, this consultancy is urgently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the full lifecycle of residential development projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
Act as the client's representative
Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, local authorities, and contractors
Work on a diverse portfolio of housing projects
Provide strategic advice
Coordinate project teams
Manage risk and ensure quality throughout each stage
Provide leadership and clear direction to junior members of the team
Maintain strong relationships with clients and key partners

Requirements:

MRICS qualified – essential
Around 10 years' experience in project management
Strong background working on the consultancy side
Proven experience managing housing or residential development projects
Comfortable with a structured office-based working policy (5 days in office for the first 3 months, then 3 days/week minimum)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
