Senior Project Manager

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle-from developing initial plans, budgets and programmes to managing risk, procurement and reporting
• Lead regular site meetings, coordinate with internal commercial teams and external stakeholders, and ensure all outputs align with strategic business objectives
• Manage commercial reporting, reviewing technical documentation, preparing mitigation plans, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring ongoing quality assurance
• Act as the key client liaison and escalate critical issues as needed to the Project Director

• Ideally degree qualified in a construction-related field or equivalent experience
• Extensive project management experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
• Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and risk mitigation
• Skilled in interpreting drawings, programmes, and technical documentation
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Experience in mentoring junior team members and contributing to company-wide best practices
• Relevant industry qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM or RICS (desirable)
