Senior Project Manager & Team Lead

You will play a dual role: Lead and develop a team of four New Product Development (NPD) Project Managers, fostering growth and collaboration. Drive your own high-impact projects, setting the standard of delivery: on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be part of the Strategy & Project Portfolio Management leadership team (S&PPM), reporting directly to the Senior Director, S&PPM. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen project execution across the organization and enable our Diagnostics strategy.
