Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-visibility Product Information Management (PIM) initiative involving data migration, data quality, and digital enablement. This role will drive a multi-phase project focused on consolidating, cleansing, validating, and optimizing product and industry data that supports multiple digital and analytics workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing large-scale data projects, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on familiarity with modern PIM platforms. This position requires a blend of structured project leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a deep understanding of how product data powers digital, commercial, and operational systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of PIM-related initiatives, including data migration, cleansing, validation, and readiness activities
  • Maintain detailed project plans and action trackers, ensuring clear timelines, owners, and deliverables
  • Oversee project reporting, identify risks, and manage dependencies across workstreams
  • Coordinate testing and approval cycles to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product data
  • Serve as the primary communication point between Digital, IT, Product, Category, and regional teams
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare status updates, and summarize risks and decisions for senior leadership
  • Translate technical topics into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders
  • Promote transparency and alignment across all participating teams
  • Oversee data taxonomy, structuring, enrichment workflows, and data quality standards within the PIM environment
  • Partner with business and IT teams on migration from legacy systems into the chosen PIM solution
  • Support data governance practices and ensure compliance with data models, business rules, and integration requirements
  • Align product data readiness to support digital platforms, analytics, and commercial needs
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams to ensure product data integrity supports digital sales, ecommerce, and operational processes
  • Provide leadership to external vendors and regional data teams contributing to the PIM program
  • Help establish global best practices for PIM data management and project governance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field required
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred
  • 7 or more years managing large-scale digital, IT, or data projects
  • Strong experience with product information management platforms (for example Contentserv, Akeneo, Informatica PIM, Stibo STEP, or other modern PIM tools)
  • Demonstrated success leading data migration and data governance initiatives
  • Experience managing global cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or healthcare product data is preferred
  • Expert-level project management and proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with large, complex data sets
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Proven ability to prioritize and operate in a fast-paced global environment
