Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to become a senior member of the team, leading a project management team to deliver large and complex reinstatement works following incidents such as fires and floods. Claims can typically range from around £100k to £1m+ in value.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building relationships with adjusters, contractors and policyholders
  • Understand and deliver solutions that meet the needs of loss adjusters and policyholders
  • Communicate confidently and effectively to ensure all stakeholders are updated throughout the project
  • Providing reports and project documentation in a timely manner, including dealing with Building Regulations, Party Wall and Planning requirements
  • Ensuring contract documentation is properly prepared and the contract administration duties are fulfilled
  • Prioritising Health & Safety and complying with the requirements of the CDM 2015 regulations

Requirements:

  • Chartered MRICS / FRICS
  • Experience in dealing with projects over £100k in value

  • Excellent technical knowledge of both domestic and commercial buildings including pathology, reinstatement methods and compliance with best practice / regulations
