Job Description:

Fast paced, dynamic construction consultancy with offices across the UK are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for their Manchester office. There are a variety of projects that the Senior Project Manager will work on mainly in the education and healthcare sectors. Including new build and high end refurbishment work, so previous experience in those fields would be ideal.

Job Responsibility:

Provide both pre and post contract roles with guidance from a Director
Run projects from inception through to completion

Requirements:

Strong pre & post contract experience
Construction Consultancy Experience as a Project Manager

Nice to have:

Previous experience in education and healthcare sectors
Experience in new build and high end refurbishment work
