Senior Project Administrator

• Customer Order Administration: Handle order entry, send confirmations, and manage stock levels
• Delivery Management: Keep track of late deliveries and provide timely updates to customers
• New Product Coordination: Work with relevant departments to introduce new products smoothly
• Invoice Processing: Raise and manage customer sales invoices, ensuring accuracy
• General Office Duties: Assist with phone inquiries, filing, and archiving as needed

• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A motivated and hardworking attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with a manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to prioritise and organise workloads effectively
• A knack for working under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• A keen attention to detail and a great sense of humour
