Job Description:

Isolated Cloud is a new Atlassian cloud platform aimed at highly regulated or risk-averse customers, focusing on single tenancy to enhance isolation, reduce risk, and offer greater predictability and flexibility. The platform is designed to facilitate increased cloud migration velocity for these customers on a global scale. The Isolated Cloud Product Manager plays a crucial role in defining and implementing the vision and roadmap for this platform.

Requirements:

Alignment on vision: Ensure alignment with customer requirements and internal priorities
Regularly identify customer needs and derive insights to inform product direction
Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with PMM, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder involvement
Programme Definition and Planning: Co-define EAP, GA, and post-GA program milestones and planning alongside lead product management, programme management, marketing, migration, and field peers
Regularly deliver outcomes that achieve measurable, quality results
Customer Collaboration: Drive initial customer collaborations and requirements definitions
Leverage these insights to inform product strategy, execution, surface trends to leadership and ultimately drive customer adoption
Product + Platform Collaboration: Collaborate with platform and core product stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for Isolated Cloud
Proactively identify dependencies and work through them to maintain momentum
Product Delivery: Ensure the delivery of a complete product to market, meeting or exceeding go-to-market goals both technically and financially
Regularly communicate impact and success deliverables in the context of business outcomes
