We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-grade restaurant software that enables scalable innovation across brands and markets. This individual will combine deep customer empathy, technical acumen, and operational rigor to deliver solutions that transform the enterprise restaurant tech stack.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact enterprise software solutions
Partner with engineering and operations to build scalable platforms that support global brand portfolio
Translate product strategy into actionable release plans
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for b2b features
Partner with technical leads to scope work, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery
Track KPIs and usage analytics to validate product success and inform iteration
Build trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including brand leads, operations, legal, and finance
Serve as the voice of the customer and the business in agile ceremonies
Lead quarterly planning and product reviews, ensuring transparency and alignment with brand goals
Partner with enablement and support to ensure seamless go-to-market execution
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive customer-centric product decisions
Balance enterprise customization needs with platform scalability and maintainability
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or platform technology
Proven ability to manage multiple product areas and scale solutions across diverse user groups
Experience leading end-to-end product development in cross-functional, Agile teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering and make informed trade-offs
Demonstrated track record of delivering user-focused, impactful enterprise products
BA/BS degree required
MBA or technical degree preferred
