Job Description:

Senior Product Manager, Cloud Software Defined Networking (SDN). The Cloud Enablement Product team sits at the heart of our Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) organization with a mission to help Capital One thrive on and with the public cloud. We are on a journey to ensure data privacy, operational excellence, and strategic growth for a well-managed and governed cloud.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Cloud Software Defined Network (abstracted network management) to enable secure application connectivity of and around the public cloud for Capital One applications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have:

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
