Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Crypto Wallet & Vault to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our digital asset management platform. You’ll define how millions of users deposit, store, and withdraw crypto assets across multiple currencies and blockchain networks. This is a senior IC role that requires strong product intuition, working knowledge of crypto infrastructure and ecosystem integrations, and financial product design expertise. You’ll lead the core wallet product strategy and user experience, partnering closely with engineering, design, and crypto integration partners to deliver a best-in-class crypto wallet experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of fintech and crypto, enjoys solving complex technical and UX challenges, and has a track record of shipping high-scale transaction systems that balance speed, security, and simplicity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the crypto wallet and vault across all supported currencies and blockchain networks
  • Drive deposit and withdrawal experience excellence—from user-facing flows to backend integrations and operational systems
  • Define and optimise multi-currency and multi-chain support strategy, balancing technical feasibility, user demand, and operational cost
  • Partner with engineering, design, and operations to build scalable, reliable, and secure wallet systems supporting millions of transactions
  • Build intuitive, transparent wallet UX that makes complex crypto operations simple and trustworthy for users
  • Manage relationships and integrations with crypto providers, liquidity partners, and blockchain infrastructure vendors
  • Continuously improve transaction success rates, processing times, fees, and user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and finance to ensure wallet operations meet security, regulatory, and business requirements
  • Communicate wallet strategy, performance, and roadmap clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years in fintech, payments, or cryptocurrency products
  • Solid understanding of how cryptocurrency wallets work and the transaction lifecycle across blockchain networks
  • Proven track record of shipping and scaling high-volume transaction systems that handle money movement
  • Experience working with third-party integrations and managing vendor relationships
  • Strong data-driven approach and experience defining/tracking financial product metrics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity, changing requirements, and operational incidents

Nice to have:

  • Experience with high-scale consumer crypto platforms, exchanges, or wallet providers
  • Familiarity with blockchain explorers and on-chain analysis tools
  • Experience building products in both early-stage (0→1) and scaled (1→N) environments
  • Understanding of crypto economics, transaction fees, liquidity management, and cost optimisation strategies
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks applied to financial product flows
What we offer:
  • High-Impact Role
  • Product at the Core
  • Global Reach
  • Autonomy & Ownership
  • Innovate at Speed
