Job Description:

Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits. As a Senior Product Designer, you will help advance our design standards and strive to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. You will join a team that is passionate about improving the Human Interest experience for plan administrators, plan participants, and the internal teams that manage key parts of the customer journey.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the next generation of the Human Interest product by delivering delightful experiences that make our users’ jobs easier
solve complex problems with a deep understanding of our users and develop an expert-level understanding of multiple product areas, including operational, technical, and financial processes
work collaboratively across functions, contributing to our culture of open feedback and growth mindsets
drive and cultivate user-centered thinking, making sure that product and design decisions are done right by our customers

Requirements:

At least 5+ years of experience as a product designer
having led large ambiguous projects that require superb coordination and breaking down complex problems into simple, elegant user experiences
an insatiable appetite for problem-solving and opportunities of actively driving product strategy
curiosity, empathy, thought leadership, and an urge to uplevel all things design
excellent collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills that are effective in driving alignment
expert in the fundamentals: visual design, interaction design, and information architecture
