Job Description:

As a Senior Product Designer at UpGuard, you’ll play a key role in shaping features for our growing cybersecurity SaaS platform. You’ll collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers to shape refined, user-focused experiences from early concept to final delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences
Partner with PMs, engineers, and subject matter experts
Align on discovery efforts, contribute to research plans, run interviews, and translate insights into opportunities
Prototype and test ideas
Improve core user flows
Contribute to our design system
Refine designs using feedback
Collaborate with engineers to build, test, and ship high-quality product experiences

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial product design experience
Strong track record of shipping simple, intuitive user experiences
Strong interaction and visual design skills
Experience contributing to and evolving design systems
Clear communication skills
Collaboration skills
Growth mindset
Strong experience with Figma

Nice to have:

Experience in cybersecurity
Experience in designing SaaS software
Experience working in an agile software development team
Experience designing for a multilingual audience
