strong technical expertise in private client law
proactive approach to client care and business development
STEP qualification or working towards STEP membership is desirable

Job Responsibility

Handling a variety of private client matters, including complex wills, trusts, estate administration, inheritance tax planning, and business succession planning
advising on landed estates, capital gains tax, and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and business owners
managing an existing caseload while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with referrers, clients, and professional networks
supervising and supporting junior members of the team as required
playing an integral role in the continued growth of the private client department in Lancashire
