Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) seeks a passionate Presales Systems Engineer to support South Africa's direct customers. This role involves evangelizing networking solutions, crafting technical proposals, and building relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives. The position is primarily onsite with regular national and occasional international travel.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and support a defined set of direct customers
evangelize HPE Networking and Aruba solutions to customers at all levels, including executives
design and present tailored technical proposals to meet customer needs
act as a trusted advisor by translating business challenges into technical solutions
collaborate closely with sales teams to drive business growth and close opportunities
stay updated on industry trends and HPE solution advancements

Requirements:

Deep technical knowledge of networking solutions (Campus, Data Center, Security, Cloud Networking)
proven track record of engaging and influencing C-level executives in a sales environment
5+ years of experience in a networking presales role
bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field
fluency in English (both written and spoken)
strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
open to frequent travel across South Africa and occasional international travel
