Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker in Consumer and Small Business Banking to acquire new clients, deepen relationships, anticipate banking needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide tailored financial services.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and small business customers
Review and analyze moderately complex customer concerns
Escalate banking-related issues
Advise customers on financial options and services
Maintain deep knowledge of Wells Fargo’s solutions
Identify client needs and goals
Partner with peers for tailored customer services
Manage risks by adhering to policies and regulations
Collect and analyze customer financial information
Build and deepen relationships with clients and colleagues
Provide banking advice through regular meetings
Provide guidance to branch employees on client needs

Requirements:

4+ years of customer service experience
3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
3+ years of experience recommending products and services

Nice to have:

Financial services industry experience
Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams
State Insurance license(s)
Customer service focus
Knowledge and understanding of book of business processes
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Experience using strong business acumen
Knowledge and understanding of financial services consumer lending products
Mentoring and peer-coaching experience
