Fever is seeking a Senior Paid Ads Specialist to join their thriving team to work on Google Ads campaigns and other performance marketing tools. The role includes planning effective paid search strategies, optimizing Google campaigns, tracking performance metrics, producing reports, writing ad copy, and keeping up with digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience with Google Ads, C1 English proficiency, and a proactive attitude. Job Responsibility:

Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
Launch and optimize various Google campaigns
Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

Requirements:

At least 4 years experience in Google Ads and/or Paid media
C1 English speaker
Dynamic, proactive, and ambitious
Solution-focused
Strong written and verbal communication skills
You have a passion for Digital Marketing and an untamable desire to learn more and become one of the leading Paid Advertising specialists
