Job Responsibility:

  • Develop exciting new concepts from idea to launch in the categories of cupcakes, small cakes, sheet cakes and celebration cakes
  • Work closely with technical, and production teams to bring your creations to life
  • Ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and compliance
  • Stay ahead of trends and deliver innovation that delights customers
  • Be instrumental in the trial and launch process

Requirements:

  • Experience in food product development (bakery or confectionery preferred)
  • Creative flair with strong technical knowledge
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who loves turning ideas into reality
  • Confident in a customer facing role
