Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • equivalent practical experience considered
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance
  • At least 3 years of experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, QTP/UFT)
  • Proven leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Expertise in continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages relevant to test automation (such as Python)
  • Deep knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Proficient in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
  • Exceptional collaborative skills
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Experience using the following: Linux, Jenkins, VMWare, Bash scripting, REST API
