6+ years creative/studio experience with brand and digital at the core

Job Responsibility

Apply Base’s ‘concept first’ and ‘creatively strategic’ process to branding and digital, translating a brand’s essence into relevant, distinctive, and scalable experiences
Lead projects from research and strategy through delivery: websites, apps, brand identities, campaigns, packaging and more
Build and evolve design systems that bridge brand storytelling and digital expression
Develop prototypes, wireframes, and responsive design systems in Figma
ensure typography, motion, and interaction bring the brand to life
Be the design representative in day-to-day client interactions: defend ideas persuasively, build trust, and push thinking
Seek and collaborate with best-in-class partners (developers, animators, photographers, filmmakers, writers, etc.) to elevate the work
Mentor and guide mid- and junior designers, providing clear feedback and setting a high bar for craft
