Outpost24 is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Barcelona! In this role, you will be the driving force behind net-new business pipeline growth at Outpost24. As our Senior Marketing Manager (New Business Campaigns), you will lead the strategy, planning, execution, and continuous optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and additional key channels. We’re looking for someone who can generate high-quality leads, build a strong new-business pipeline, and deliver measurable ROI. If you are a dynamic, self-driven, and creative marketing professional with exceptional attention to detail, a can-do mindset, and a passion for driving impactful growth in the cybersecurity space, this is your opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with sales goals, smart resource allocation, and strong pipeline generation from new logos
  • Define annual and quarterly campaign strategies using persona-based and ABM best practices, including audience segmentation, messaging, and value propositions for the ASM product suite
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and strengthen campaign positioning
  • Manage the campaign budget and report monthly on spend and ROI to leaders
  • Plan and execute end-to-end integrated campaigns across digital, events, and ABM channels
  • Coordinate with marketing teams (email, paid media, social, product marketing, field) to support campaign goals and nurture leads
  • Manage cross-functional tasks with strong project management, ensuring timelines, scope, and stakeholder needs (content, design, product marketing) are met
  • Define and oversee the prospect journey to convert MQLs into SQLs and drive pipeline opportunities
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure campaigns are supported and leads are handled effectively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business while balancing competing priorities
  • Analyse campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to leadership for ongoing improvement

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of proven experience delivering complex B2B marketing campaigns across digital, events, and ABM
  • 5-10 years in B2B marketing in IT/SaaS industry
  • cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage
  • Proficient with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) for nurturing and campaign deployment
  • Experienced with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for lead tracking, reporting, and sales enablement
  • Strong analytical and funnel reporting skills
  • comfortable using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Solid understanding of SEO/SEM as it relates to campaign performance and landing page optimization
