Millennium Space Systems (MSS) has an exciting opportunity for a SeniorManufacturing Data Analyst (Level 4) to join the MSS team in El Segundo, CA! We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Data Analyst to support data-driven execution and decision-making within our manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end manufacturing data workflow, including data extraction, validation, analysis, visualization, and executive-level reporting. The analyst will serve as a trusted partner to Manufacturing leadership by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights related to production performance, capacity, schedule adherence, and manufacturing cost. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and technical depth, supporting both day-to-day execution and longer-term operational improvement. This role directly enables improved manufacturing execution, cost control, and delivery performance by providing trusted, actionable data to leadership. The Manufacturing Data Analyst plays a key role in scaling manufacturing operations, maturing data practices, and supporting long-term operational excellence Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.
