Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic sourcing team leader for Professional Services Category Management. In this role, you will be developing and implementing sourcing strategies across diverse professional services categories while leading a team of Strategic Sourcing Managers focused on enhancing efficiency, reducing risks, and ensuring high-quality business outcomes. Collaboration and growth within a dynamic environment are essential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for professional services that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • design and oversee a comprehensive professional services category strategy and roadmap to enhance the maturity level of our sourcing process by streamlining operations and improving efficiencies
  • foster a cohesive team culture, promote collaboration in the workplace, align with procurement objectives to achieve success, and prioritize career growth and development
  • support the development of a responsible procurement program, including cost optimization, competitive bidding, and a team's key metrics against OKRs
  • share market intelligence, conduct market analysis, and benchmark to anticipate price fluctuations for potential sourcing opportunities and risks
  • establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and senior executives to understand and influence all commercial aspects of risks
  • ensure that suppliers meet performance expectations, deliver value, and comply with contractual obligations.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a sourcing manager and category manager with a focus on professional services
